RETURN & REFUND POLICY

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Customers may return the undamaged BESWOOD® product for a full refund for any reason within 30 days from the date of purchase. Once BESWOOD’s warehouse receive the authorized returned item, BESWOOD start to process the refund.

  • Returned products must be received in sellable condition in order to receive a refund. No refund will be issued for used or damaged products.
  • Returned item must include all original packing & all accessories, including any user manuals or other printed materials.
  • For non-quality related return, customer is responsible for shipping costs.
  • We require the original invoice (or a copy of the original invoice) for all returns and exchanges.
  • Returned products must obtain a return authorization through email service@beswood.com.au before shipping back the products.
  • Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements

 Product Arrives Damaged or Defective 

  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, please take pictures of the damaged or defective product and packaging and contact us by email at service@beswood.com.au within 7 business days after you receive the product. If we cannot resolve the issue and deem the product damaged, defective, or in need of testing, we will send you prepaid return shipping label. You are required to ship the product back to us by using the prepaid return shipping label within 7 working days to receive a refund or exchange products.

This policy is only applicable to products purchased directly from our website (www.beswood.com.au ) or our official store in online platforms such as Amazon® or eBay®. For purchases made through any other authorized BESWOOD® reseller, please contact the reseller directly.
